Payment is required to hold your place on our schedule. If staging is cancelled you are entitled to receive a full refund, unless it is less than 48 hours from the staging appointment.

If staging is cancelled less than 48-hours from your scheduled appointment you will be refunded 75% of the staging fee paid.

We ask that at least two-day notice of cancellation is given because we are often charged cancellation fees by our movers and want to make sure that every customer has the ability to get on our schedule.
